No. The amount will not be high regarding the construction contents described in the quotation.

How do you correspond to the neighbors?

We will first greet your neighbors with a notice and a little gift, within one week of the start of construction. In addition, we will also give greetings after the construction is completed. For measures to prevent paint scattering, we will build a solid foothold and use a highly transparent anti-scaffolding net (CL mesh). For painting tools we will basically use brushes and rollers. Noise is inevitably generated during high-pressure cleaning and when using power tools. In that case we will let the neighbors know and recieve consent, so plese do not worry. In case of emergency... We work with the utmost care, but in the unlikely event that your neighbor's property is damaged or soiled, we have liability insurance.

How long does the construction period take?

It depends on the construction content and the size of the building, but if it is a general detached house, it will be completed in about 10 days to 2 weeks. We will create an itinerary in advance and explain the schedule.

Can I open the window during the construction?

Is it possible to leave the house while the construction is in process?

We will use nearby convenience stores and parks for restrooms, and we will bring our own drinks, so there is no need to worry.

Will you leave materials and tools on the premises of the building?

It is natural to wonder which types of paints from various manufacturers to use. The construction price also varies greatly depending on the type of paint, so we will propose a paint that meets your needs and give you an explanation with the quotation. Please give us a detail of your requests.

I'm worried about the smell of paint thinners...

Don't worry. For the outer wall, we recommend water-based paint with suppressed odor. In addition, oil-based paint is basically used for roofs, wood and iron parts, but if you wish, we can use water-based paint. Today's water-based paints improved their quality and are not significantly inferior to oil-based ones.

Is it possible to use any kind of color?

Basically, you will be asked to choose from the colors listed in the catalog, but if you cannot decide the color you want, you can choose from the approximately 600 color sample books issued by the Japan Paint Manufacturers Association. We can do a color simulation or create a sample version, so please feel free to inform us.

Is there a guide to when the next repainting should be done?

We can't give you a general answer for how many years. It depends on the type of paint used last time and the condition of the base.
